Apple Store

For this new Apple Store at the Market Street development, Elite provided metal framing, insulation, drywall installation, vinyl wall panels and finishing. Also, a novel ice melt system was installed by Elite on the roof of the store.

Amazon Books

These are the first Amazon Books in the east coast. Elite provided metal framing of walls and soffits, as well as drywall installation and finishing. We also provided and installed tectum ceiling panels at the front of house and FRP at the back of house.

Tea Forte

For this boutique tea shop on Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay, Elite provided metal framing, drywall and finish work.

Pottery Barn

For this national retail chain located at Market Street in Lynnfield, Elite installed metal framing, drywall, faux beams and additional finish work.

Wagner Audi of Shrewsbury

For this ground up car dealership, Elite provided engineered exterior framing, sheathing and insulation as well as all interior framing, gypsum board and a few Audi custom finishes.The building's sloped curve walls were one of the many unique challenges presented by this project.

Needham Village Shops

This project consists of two retail shell buildings totalling 20,000sf and providing 9 retail spaces for future tenants. Elite provided engineered framing for exterior walls and parapets, sheathing, air/vapor barrier and insulation, as well as framing and drywall for interior demising walls.

Tropical Foods

For this ground-up 48,000sf Supermarket completed in 2015, Elite provided engineered framing for the exterior walls, curved entry canopy and interior structural mezzanine.  In addition, Elite framed all interior partitions and soffits and installed drywall, FRP panels, doors, frames and hardware.
