Responsibilities

 

• Read and understand architectural plans, details and specs

• Perform Layout for walls, soffits, ceilings, etc. in accordance with the plans and specs

• Perform material takeoffs and coordinate ordering/delivery of material

• Manage crews (usually 4 - 12 men) and perform work to ensure work is completed correctly

• Ensure that safety standards are met on a daily basis at each job site(OSHA certification and Lift Operator certification are a plus)

• Communicate with Project Management team to ensure schedules and budgets are met

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a working foreman

• Knowledge of job site safety and ability to multi-task. 

• Must have strong verbal and communication skills.

• Applicants must speak English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.
